Electrical and plumbing
Our fully trained certified operatives will carry out the whole range of electrical and plumbing requirements. Everything from rewire / additional units and additional radiators / overhauls to fit outs.
New build and extensions
In house construction teams available to tailor make new build projects to our customers needs. Full design / planning permission to handover packages available.
Brick Cutting
Brick cutting, special shapes and arch forming service, undertaken by ourselves.
Plastering/Screeding/Rendering/Dry Lining and all other types of internal finishes including flooring and tiling.
Masonry Stonework
Special Works are able to replicate stone detailing to almost any shape or size. Both Standard and complex bespoke cast stone items are produced for many projects.
We will from your Architect's drawings, quantity survey and supply priced schedules of cast stone components for your consideration.
We will where possible offer designs which can often incorporate structural elements thus saving on expensive steelwork and steel lintels.
Our standard range of colours and finishes have been specifically designed to match the more popular limestones and sandstones. However, colours and finishes to suit particular requirements are also available and we will gladly match others upon site of samples.
A comprehensive technical service is available including design detailing and component drawings for the approval of our customers and their consultants prior to manufacture.
We will agree a suitable project development and delivery programme with your key personnel.
Site liaison is provided by both our office-based Customer Service Department as well as on site by our Technical Representatives.
